For Compassion Key and General Intuitive/Spiritual Consultations
I acknowledge that Zach Hayter is an Intuitive, Spiritual Counselor and Compassion Key Practitioner. I acknowledge that Zach Hayter is not a medical doctor or psychology professional and accordingly any information or ideas he shares during our work together is only a personal opinion and will not be construed as medical or psychological advice. I will rely on my own medical practitioner or mental health professional for advice related to medical or psychological treatment.
Similarly, I acknowledge that Zach is not a licensed financial advisor or planner, nor he is a marriage counselor or a lawyer, nor is he claiming to have any special certifications of any kind. Accordingly, any information or ideas he shares during our work together is only a personal opinion and will not be construed as professional financial advisory services, legal advice or anything else other than his personal opinion and intuitive guidance.
I recognize that Compassion Key and the other spiritual tools and processes that Zach employs are only one potential factor in the management of my physical and mental health, my financial life, my relationships or any other part of my life, and that the work Zach and I do together may in fact have no impact on my physical or psychological health or any other part of my life. I also recognize that ultimately it is up to me whether I choose to follow the information and guidance provided by Mr. Hayter and that it is advisable for me to consult with medical or mental health professionals with regards to matters related to my physical and mental health, and consult with other licensed professionals with regards to legal or financial matters or other matters that might require specialized support from licensed professionals.
I understand that Zach does not offer refunds and I understand and agree that I will not receive a full or partial refund under any circumstance. I further understand that if I choose not to use all of the time/sessions I have paid for within 12 months, I will forfeit my rights to this time/these sessions, and I will not receive a full or partial refund. I further understand that if I need to reschedule a session with Zach, I need to give him at least 24 hours written notice. If I reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, I will forfeit the session/scheduled time in its entirety.
In consideration of the services, information, and support I have received or will hereafter receive from Mr. Hayter, I hereby hold harmless Mr. Hayter from any and all liability in consequence of such services, information and support given, and release and waive all claim for damage, as a result of such services, information and support. This release shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigned.
I have read this Release prior to signing and I understand its effect. I am aware that by signing this Release and Waiver I am waiving certain legal rights, which I or my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigned may otherwise have had.
If any part of this agreement is deemed to be legally unenforceable, the other parts and provisions will remain valid and in force.
Session Length
Zach Hayter Coaching sessions and all 1:1 sessions last approximately either 25-minutes to half an hour, or 50-minutes to one hour unless otherwise stated. There is some leeway of 5-15 minutes either side depending on the session length. The slight flexibility in length allows for the session to reach a natural completion of what we are working on.

1:1 Session Testimonial Media
At times Zach Hayter Coaching / Zach Hayter may ask you to record and deliver to them a Text, Image or Video Testimonial regarding your experience of a 1:1 session.
If you do agree to deliver such media, you hereby grant Zach Hayter Coaching / Zach Hayter, and any and all associates or assignees the unlimited right throughout the Universe to 1) use your first name, voice and video recordings, and written, voice and/or video comments and testimonials in any form of products (including but not limited to audio, digital, and/or physical products), as well as in sales and marketing materials both on and offline, and 2) publish, distribute, and/or sell these materials in any form.
Program Testimonial Media / Recordings
I hereby grant Zach Hayter Coaching / Zach Hayter, and any and all associates or assignees the unlimited right throughout the Universe to 1) record my voice and image at any time during any of the programs I am enrolled in or any events or calls I attend (other than during any private 1-on-1 sessions) 2) use my first name, voice and video recordings, and written, voice and/or video comments and testimonials in any form of products (including but not limited to audio, digital, and/or physical products), as well as in sales and marketing materials both on and offline, and 3) publish, distribute, and/or sell these materials in any form.
